This policy explains what information the Education Accelerated Resident Portal ("the Portal") collects when you sign in with your Google Account, and how that information is used. It applies only to the Portal itself, not to Education Accelerated's other websites or programs.

In short: we only ask Google for your name and email address to confirm you're an enrolled resident, mentor, or staff member. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google data, and we never share your information with third parties.

Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google — nothing else. We use this to look you up in our internal enrollment roster and confirm you're part of an active cohort.

Beyond sign-in, the Portal separately stores:

Program administration data your instructor enters on your behalf — your cohort, mentor, and enrollment status.
Competency Tracker submissions you choose to upload or link through the Portal, along with the date/time you submitted them.
A record that you accepted the Portal's user agreement, with a timestamp.

What we don't do

We don't request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, calendar, contacts, or any Google data beyond your basic profile (name and email) needed to sign you in.
We don't share your information with mentors, other residents, or any third party through the Portal.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Your sign-in session is held only in your browser's memory while you use the Portal and expires automatically after a few hours.

How your information is stored
Portal data is stored in Education Accelerated's own Google Workspace (Google Drive and Google Sheets), accessible only to authorized Education Accelerated staff who administer the program. It's retained for as long as needed to administer your enrollment and is not kept beyond what's reasonably needed for program records.

Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Children's privacy
The Portal is built for adult educators enrolled in a professional residency program and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
